We begin every client journey with a relaxed conversation to discuss your ideas and vision, and to run through our process in more detail. It is imperative that you have a comfortable and trusting relationship with your event planner and this initial, completely obligation-free consultation, gives us both the opportunity to discover if we are the right ‘fit’.
Usually brimming with ideas from the outset, I will then build a bespoke proposal based on your specific requirements, outlining the fees and details of your experience.
Our fees are based on a percentage of your final wedding day spend, with a minimum fee based on the location, size, complexity and duration of your planned event.
Please note:
* we do not offer ‘On the day coordination’ or ‘Partial planning’ as stand alone services.

We pay close attention to your budget and maintain complete transparency on all supplier fees to help you allocate, prioritise and track your spending, keeping you within budget and feeling in control of costs without the stress.
Our aim is to create occasions that are nothing less than spectacular and we take immense pride in designing the aesthetics of your event as well as creating an immersive, all encompassing sensory experience to delight your guests! Bespoke event design and creative styling, encompassing your personality, taste and story to create a truly stylish and memorable occasion
We begin our journey with our ‘Style Clarity’ process, exclusive to The W Studio, to discover your unique event style. Through learning the important details of your history, your passions in life and your personal taste and aspirations, we begin to build a vision of your day, with your story at the very heart of the design.
Once we have established the foundations of how your day should look and feel, we develop the design to create a comprehensive conceptual brief of each element of the day. This includes the broader vision for each area of the venue to be used, as well as the smaller, more refined details. We carefully consider the styling of your table settings including linen, tableware, glassware, stationery and decorative elements. We design the display of your cake, your event signage and welcome tables and look closely at ways to incorporate personal touches into each setting.
Using our now extensive conceptual brief, we source, recommend and collaborate with all relevant aesthetic and creative partners and curate all necessary decorative elements, to bring your vision to life.
With meticulous attention to detail, we will act as creative directors to style your day and tell your story. Our aim is to evoke emotion, create memories that become part of your story and produce an event that is nothing less than spectacular.
